We’ve been busy getting the Templeman Library ready for your return to Kent, and there are lots of great changes.

Read these 10 things you should know for a round-up of everything that’s new. Here are the highlights:

• The Templeman Library fully opens: you can get across the building on all four floors – no need to walk around the outside now. Some of the books, services, and helpdesks have moved too.
• Changes to Library and campus study space: there are new spaces in the Library, Senate study hub is opening, and Oaks study hub is closing.
• Easier and fairer borrowing: now your books automatically renew, unless someone else reserves them.
• LibrarySearch is improved: we’ve upgraded to a new system – it looks a bit different, but works in a similar way.
