CAREERS SERVICE EVENTS

Monday 4 April

Great British Spring Clean – Community Litter Pick, 12:30-14:00, Meet at the Careers and Employability Building, Canterbury Campus

Clean and green environments can nurture positive mental and physical wellbeing and promote a happier community. A litter-free place reduces damage to local habitats, and by recycling materials that might otherwise become litter, natural resources are also protected.

It is well known that litter breeds litter; people are generally less likely to drop litter in an area that is clean. The first and most effective method of prevention, therefore, is setting the example in your community, so why not take part in our Great British Spring Clean Up Litter Pick.

Join up today and start making a difference to the spaces around us.
