The internship is based at the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies in Geneva, Switzerland.
It is a 6 month, paid internship with the possibility of another 6 month extension based upon performance and interest.
The position offers the opportunity to contribute substantially to the workings of a global public health advocacy programme.
Work & residence authorization in Switzerland will be sponsored and you will be provided with a 75CHF (approx. US$75) per day stipend plus vacation. The IFRC are the only international organization in Switzerland which offers paid internships.
For a recent graduate interested in global public health, advocacy and/or development, this is a unique opportunity with the world’s largest humanitarian organization. The internship is particularly relevant to recent students who have indicated an interest in international development.
