Working in the Prison Service TODAY 1 Feb 14.00

This event is part of the spring employability festival for SSPSSR students but students from all schools are welcome. Louise Balderston is a prison social worker and youth offenders team manager at the Cookham Wood Young Offenders institution. Louise’s presentation is on her perspective of working in the English prison system.

James Churchman from the Intentions team at Cookham Wood will give a forensic psychology perspective on the prison service.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions and discuss current issues relating to the work and management of the prison service.
