10 LGBTQ+ final stage undergraduate students will complete a virtual placement with Santander Consumer (UK) focused on finance, risk, operations (customer service, new business and arrears management) and marketing. There will also be a selection of personal development workshops, whilst all the interns will receive a certificate at the end of the experience.
There is no specific academic disciplines listed as a criteria.
