If you provide us with a good level of service we will, in turn, welcome you back each year and offer you more opportunities. Many of our staff return each year and are now firm friends of the Festaff family.
If you decide to join the Festaff team, you will be given a pass entitling you to access the festival site for your volunteer role and to enjoy the event plus a secure place to camp with basic facilities. The positions we offer are enjoyable and make you part of the group involved in staging some of the UK’s premier musical events.
