Ross Cooper is giving a presentation for SSPSSR students on the opportunities TeachFirst offer to both train as a teacher and develop your general employability and business skills. There will also be an opportunity for individual discussion with Ross about the TeachFirst programmes at the end of the session. The two main routes open to SSPSSR students are:-
Leadership Development Programme (LDP) – two years of paid teacher and leadership training, leading to a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
Two day taster programme giving first year students the opportunity to develop skills through interactive workshops. Students who complete this are guaranteed place at our assessment centre for TeachFirst’s Insight and Brand Manager programmes.
