Get some valuable advice for personal development on topics such as CV writing, interview tips, work experience, learning what employers want from graduates, and much more! There will also be several large fairs, the Work and Study Abroad Fair (Tuesday 27 Octoer), the JobShop Recruitment Fair (Thursday 29 October), the Careers Fair (Tuesday 3 November) and the Kent Opportunities Fair (Thursday 5 November).

Army Informal Interviews – Thursday 29 & Friday 30 October Careers & Employability Service Building Canterbury

From 10am arrange to meet David Gell, Senior Army Careers Adviser for an informal discussion of the Army’s opportunities for graduate careers, and undergraduate sponsorship.

Volunteering:

Canterbury Foodbank Seasonal Packing (Kent Union Student Activities)

Volunteers wanted to help pack food parcels at the Canterbury Foodbank. These food parcels will then be distributed to those in need over the Christmas period. Canterbury Foodbank provides emergency parcels for people in short term financial crisis across the Canterbury District. Go to their website to find out more: http://www.canterburyfoodbank.org/
