The Careers and Employability Service publishes a monthly newsletter detailing the employability events and workshops going on across campus, as well as off-campus events, competitions and awards, training opportunities, job and placement vacancies, and a host of other information which may be of interest to you. Each month, the newsletter will be posted here; you will be able to check back through the newsletters via this link.
This month includes a calendar of CES-run events on campus during the Autumn term; information about off-campus events; the first dates and details of the University’s Employability Festival and Careers Fair (head to the CES website for more details about EmpFest, and keep an eye on this blog); details of funding opportunities to help support the cost of work experience; and a range of job-hunting resources, particularly regarding teacher training, and further additions to CES’ series of job profiles.
