Hestia’s Folkestone Safe Haven provides a safe space for people who feel that they are experiencing or moving towards a mental health crisis. People aged 16+ from Folkestone and Hythe can help with a range of interventions including 1-1 support and safety plans, wellness & recovery action plans and social prescribing.
Hestia’s is currently looking for a part-time Recovery Worker for their mental health service. This would suit a stage three student, recent graduate or postgraduate student.
Job Title: Recovery Worker – Mental Health Service
Contract: Permanent, Part time
Hours per week: 27 hours per week (Variable schedules Monday to Sunday including evenings and weekends)
Salary: £16,897 per year rising to £17,379 per year after 1 year and successful probation
Location: Folkestone, Kent
Reporting to: Team Manager
