IBM has announced the dates it will open its 2022 placement programmes. See below for a full list of dates.
All 2022 programmes (except from Labs) will involve a virtual Assessment centre. Labs assessment centre will take place at the Hursley site face to face and you will need to attend in person if selected.
Foundation (Grads and Interns) and Labs applicants will take part in a group exercise and then have an interview which includes a 10 min presentation.
For Consulting, there is no group exercise but instead, there will be a 2-hour session where you will present to 2 interviewers and 1 other candidate. This will be followed by a one to one interview.
Pleas submit your cv when the role is open and you will be sent an application form to complete, there is no Cognitive Test (online) to complete this year.
