We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support our team in a group setting to discuss and work through any challenging Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties they have come across.  As well as providing a neutral listening ear, the objective of this role will be to work with colleagues to develop additional coping mechanisms that they can use going forward.
