Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) hold a unique position in the University; they are both registered students in receipt of a scholarship award and employees of the University of Kent. As such GTAs hold two mutually dependent agreements with the University and they are required to abide by both the staff conditions of service and the student conditions outlined in this set of Terms and Conditions.
