The first place you should head to is the Jobshop, a free service run by Kent Union which acts as a vacancy database for part-time work both on campus and across Canterbury and Kent. Canterbury city centre is, of course, a vibrant retail and dining centre, and there are plenty of part-time jobs available if an keep your eye out.

Kent Union itself employs over two thousand people each year, working in the campus shops and other outlets and services. The Union holds recruitment fairs at different points in the year, which you have to attend in order to be considered for a job with them. Keep an eye on this blog for details about these fairs.
