Are you passionate about your subject and enthusiastic about sharing it with others? Do you want to gain teaching experience in a flexible way? We are recruiting now for Academic Ambassadors. Applications close on the 8th October so apply now!

The Academic Ambassador role provides an exciting opportunity for University of Kent postgraduate students to work on a range of paid projects for their academic school.  This role involves developing and delivering subject specific sessions to school, college and/or community groups both on and off campus.

The role is open to applicants specialising in any area, but we are particularly interested in those with knowledge of:

  • First World War
  • Second World War and Life under the Nazis
  • Cold War
  • Public health and Medicine
  • Crime and Punishment in Britain
  • Migration to Britain
  • Medieval/Early modern British history
