As a critical law school, we are not only interested in research that engages just with law, but also in interdisciplinary studies involving a wide range of other subject areas. We are keen to have proposals that lie at the interface of law and the social sciences, and law and the humanities. Indeed, this year for the first time we have dedicated scholarships in the area of law and humanities. Here we would particularly welcome proposals focussing on law and history, law and the visual arts, or law and philosophy). This means that candidates do not necessarily have to hold a degree in law.
