Presentation of the cheque at the Umbrella Centre

After successful fundraising, the Estates Department were able to present a cheque for the fantastic amount of £1973.80 to the Umbrella Centre in Canterbury. The Umbrella Centre is committed to supporting and enhancing the lives of people in the local community who live with mental health and/ or associated learning disabilities. They provide comfort and support in a safe environment and offer the opportunity for people to meet and interact with others with the same sort of problems and engage in a variety of fun activities.

In addition to receiving some generous donations, Estates held their annual raffle for staff and would like to thank their sponsors who include: Guideline Lift Services, Johnson Controls, Broadstock Office Furniture Ltd, BP Drains, Gulbenkian Theatre and the Sports Centre.
