Motion 1 – commence action short of a strike (ASOS)

To immediately commence ASOS consisting of ‘working to contract’, to give protection to members who should not be expected to fulfil EG’s new workload demands without mitigation.

Motion 2 – oppose current academic year restructure proposals 

To oppose the proposals for a restructure of the academic year (to four ten-week terms) at every level, and the process by which it has been developed (especially the lack of meaningful consultation).
