Kent Sport fitness and dance classes

Kent Sport members are enjoying a great choice of classes at the University of Kent Sports Centre studio throughout the summer vacation period.

The recent annual Kent Sport survey asked participants to name their favourite fitness and dance class and to explain why – here’s some of the responses:

“LBT, great overall workout, teachers are great and engaging.”

“Stretch and Relax, this works really well after the gym.”

“Spin – its addictive!”

“Zumba – fun, lively exercise to good music.”

“Body Pump – tones and maintains fitness.”

“Pilates – because its relaxing for both body and mind – and keeps me fit!”

“Yoga – challenging at times but always relaxing.”

Please note the following upcoming classes will have a different instructor than timetabled:

Friday 25 July, 13:10 Pilates – Ray instead of Ebrina
Monday 28 July, 17:30 Spinning – Mike
Tuesday 29 July, 18:30 Spinning – Oli instead of Darius
Wednesday 30 July, 13:15 Boxercise – Oli instead of Darius
Saturday 2 August, 14:00 Pilates – Daniela instead of Ray

There will be no classes on Friday 12 September, as Kent Sport will be closed on that day due to staff training.
