Have you got the Xercise Factor?

Xercise Factor 2014 is back by popular demand, offering Kent Sport members the chance to be selected for one to one fitness training and battle it out for a chance to earn the title of Xercise Factor Champion 2014.

Kent Sport are looking for student, staff and public members who think they have the Xercise Factor and want to commit to get fit and change their lifestyle for the better in 2014.

If you are successful in your application you will join the contestants for the Xercise Factor boot camp in January where a member of the fitness team will mentor you for two weeks. Only the committed will make it to the second phase and compete for the honour of becoming the Xercise Factor Champion 2014.

Reigning Xercise Factor champion, student Jana Ray said, “ Exercising no longer feels like exercising, it is now part of my normal daily life whether it be an hour in the gym, attending a class or simply cycling to and from work. My new lifestyle has enlightened and inspired me, and seeing the difference in appearance and measurements make me even more motivated. There is a massive decrease in my stress levels and today I feel fitter, healthier and above all happier”

The inaugural Xercise Factor winner, student Emilie Saintas said, “The Xercise Factor has been truly life changing. It really has, I think if I hadn’t done it I would still be in the rut of wanting to do something about my weight but not physically doing anything. If I hadn’t broken my routine I’d probably still be exactly the same as I was a year ago!”

Xercise Factor aims to make long lasting changes to member’s lifestyles. It is a complete overhaul of exercise and lifestyle habits and the promotion requires full commitment from the contestants to complete the challenge.

Pick up your application form from the Sports Centre or download it from www.kent.ac.uk/sports; tell us your exercise history, your 2014 lifestyle goals and why you think you have the Xercise Factor. Post your form in the Fitness Suite X-Box or email it to o.prior.kent.ac.uk before 13th December 2013 and get ready for the challenge in January 2014. Not a member of Kent Sport?
