The Nomination was received from Laura MaClean in Kent Hospitality for the assistance provided on Saturday 29 July whilst assisting the Turing College casual Receptionist to check in a high volume of B&B guests.  This enabled the guests to receive a good standard of customer service in what were very challenging conditions.

In awarding the Customer Services Award the Senior Management Team, acknowledge the impact made to both the Estates Department and the University.
