Kickstart the year with fitness and dance classes at Kent Sport!

Are you keen to compensate for festive indulgence and get into a healthy routine? If so, there is a new fitness and dance class timetable starting on 20 January at the University of Kent Sport.

The wide range of fitness and dance classes has something for everyone and includes Bodypump, Booiaka, Boxercise, Circuits, Fitsteps, Legs, Bums and Tums, Pilates, Spinning, Streetfit, Yoga and Zumba. The complete timetable can be viewed on the Kent Sport website. Classes can be booked by gold and silver members up to seven days in advance, while bronze members can book up to three days in advance.

Jeni Dexter, Kent Sport Studio Coordinator, says “Fitness and dance classes are a great way to let off steam and create a healthy balance with other activities in your life. With over 40 class sessions each week it should be easy to find one at a time that suits you. Kent Sport offers a good variety of popular classes to interest all.”
