Meet the master instructors
An International Presenter who has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years, Chris Roberts is happy to grace the Fitness Fest stage for the second year running.
As a qualified personal trainer, he has martial arts background training helping sculpt bodies around the world.
Since claiming the Fitness Presenter of the year in 2003, Chris has worked with great event organisers such as The World Fitness Experience, M Brace Fitness, Fitness Fiesta and Urban Funk of which Chris is Senior Crew member along with Founder Richard Callender.
Widely known and recognised as an approachable fitness expert, group fitness presenter, writer and television personality both in the UK and internationally, Richard Callender is extremely excited to be part of this year’s Fitness Fest.
For more than 20 years Richard has devoted his life to working in the fitness industry, with a level of dedication and humour second to none as he has risen from fitness instructor to regional management and studio director to Reebok ambassador.
In 2008 his streetdance concept, Urban Funk, won the Brand of the Year award as part of the International Fitness Showcase. This recognition of his creativity drove him on to develop many other group fitness workouts and finally led onto the creation of Armageddon in 2008 which brought together a fusion between bodyweight and variable intensity interval training.
