Get your heart pumping this summer with an exciting new fitness and dance class timetable, starting 11 May and running until 19 June.
The wide range of fitness and dance classes has something for everyone, including: Body Pump, Boxercise, Power Pilates, Spinning, Yoga and Zumba. Why not join the Canterbury parkrun every Saturday at 9am?
For the class schedule visit the Kent Sport events calendar or download the complete timetable. Classes are free for Gold and Silver members and can be booked up to seven days in advance using the online booking system, or by visiting the reception. Bronze members pay per activity and can book up to three days in advance, also by visiting reception.
