Try free fitness and dance classes during welcome week

Come and try free fitness and dance classes at the Sports Centre on the Canterbury campus during welcome week, 23-29 September! These taster classes give everyone the opportunity to have a go and see what they enjoy most and they are open to all whether you are a Kent Sport member or not.

Kent Sport has over forty fitness and dance classes each week ranging from Boxercise to Zumba, in its new studios. Fitted with the latest in light and sound technology the studios create a colorful and motivating environment for group exercise.

Existing gold and silver members can book the welcome week classes up to seven days in advance. Bronze members can book up to three days in advance and pay the relevant fee, or wait until an hour before the class and collect a wristband from the Sports Centre reception and enjoy a class for free if space is available.

Non-members can also collect a wristband at the Sports Centre reception an hour before the taster classes start on a first come first served basis, while space is available.

Keep your receipt or wristband and hand it to the instructor in the studio.
