LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv Eikon) provides access to company financial data and economic indicators, as well as news, analytics, and productivity tools.

Please note:  the licence restricts each user to a limit of 10m data points per month in Datastream downloads.

Self-registration step-by-step guide

First-time users

To access LSEG Workspace, users must first register for an LSEG Workplace Licence:

• Go to My Access Packages 
• Log in to your Kent IT account if required 
• Click on LSEG Workspace self-registration. 
• Click Continue 
• You do not need to enter a business justification – click Submit request 
• You will shortly after receive an email confirming You now have access to LSEG Workspace self-registration. 
• Your account will take up to 45 minutes to be created in LSEG Workspace – it will not work before then! 
• After 45 minutes you will be able to log in via https://login.workspace.lseg.com/ with your Kent IT account.

Your LSEG account will expire after 28 days. To renew you will need to register for another LSEG Workspace license via the same process.
