I have forgotten my LSEG password
If you have forgotten your password, go to Workspace web access and click on Forgotten your password?
I need access to LSEG for more than 1 month
We do not renew or extend licences but you can reapply for another licence via the self-registration portal once it expires. Providing there are enough available licences you will be allocated another month. You must use the same username and password to self-register, this will then enable you to access your data from a previous session.
What do I do if there are no LSEG licences available?
If there are no licences available your self-registration will be declined and you will not receive a welcome email. Unfortunately LSEG does not provide a waiting list and you will need to try again at a later date.
I have not received my Welcome to LSEG confirmation email
The welcome email can take between 20 minutes and 6 hours to arrive. The sender is ‘Refinitiv’ and the subject is ‘Welcome to LSEG Workspace.’ If you do not receive a welcome email it is likely that there are no Workspace licences available and you may need to try again at a later date.
I am having problems downloading and installing Workspace for desktop
