LSEG Support
LSEG also has LSEG Support – an online LSEG Workspace product support portal. Unfortunately, the LSEG Support team do not communicate directly with undergraduate or postgraduate students – they only liaise with library staff and holders of professor licences. If you have a complex enquiry, which requires advice from LSEG Support, your librarian can raise this on your behalf.
