We have permanent graduate opportunities for students from a wide range of disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, building services, and fire engineering, sustainability, quantity & building surveying, project management, planning & design, acoustics, architecture, water & power related disciplines, and environmental – remediation, EIA, ecology, air quality, GIS, stakeholder engagement, hydrogeology, archaeology, and much more.

What is the role? 

Graduate Development Programme:

• Lasts for two years and will provide you with full financial and development support towards your relevant professional qualification, an assigned mentor, regular residential training modules, an opportunity to work on live client projects, external training courses where required, and multi-disciplinary exposure.

• We also have ‘shadow boards’ where groups of junior engineers and graduates share their ideas for business change with senior management.

• And it’s not all about work. There are close to 1,000 graduates on the programme for you to network with, you will be encouraged to be a STEM ambassador and use your 2 paid annual social value days to support your local community, and we have a number of sports & social clubs across our offices.

• Tuesday 9th November, 10am-4pm – Transportation, Water & Ground Engineering

• Thursday 11th November, 10am-4pm – Building Engineering & Sustainability, and Energy

• Thursday 18th November, 10am-4pm – Project Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying, and Architecture & Design
