HR Placement

Müller is looking for a talented placement student to join their HR team as an advisor. This role will provide support to the HR Business Partnering Team, day to day responsibilities will include:
- Collation, checking and maintaining HR records, including assisting with regular people metrics and reporting when required.
- Alongside the HR Business Partnering Team, be involved in the delivery of HR change projects and ensure all actions are achieved on time and in full in line with the change programme.
- Support with effectively managing the implementation of both group and UK initiatives and priorities in designated areas of responsibility.
- Get involved with local engagement plans and initiatives.
- Support HR Business Partnering Team in developing managers with skills, tools and techniques to manage change and employee issues.
Key skills & experience required for this role include:
- You must have the option to undertake a placement year as part of your degree for 2022.
- A keen interest in HR
- Confidence and ability to network and influence people.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
- Adaptable and resilient with a positive outlook with a can-do attitude.
- Inquisitive and challenging.
- You must be working towards a degree level or equivalent qualification (2:1 or above)
Role 2:
Finance Placement

This 12-month finance placement will be providing financial support to the Private Label Yogurt business across Commercial and Operational business functions. Some daily tasks will include:
- Maintaining pricing to customers reflecting movements in milk and cream prices.
- Developing system to improve efficiency of calculation and analysis.
- Support expansion to cover further areas of the cost base.
- Support development of forecast and monthly actual analysis of PL material costs across multiple production sites producing products for both Brand and Private Label.
- Streamline the analysis and allocation of site production overheads to Private Label based on new volumes.
- Develop month end analysis of cost of sales movements at product level. Transfer learnings into product profitability analysis.
Muller is looking for analytical and numerical students who are personable and outgoing, along with the ability to work in a small tight-knit team and solo at times. Skills Required for this position include:
- Strong numerical and modelling skills (Including Excel)
- Relationship building and communication skills
- Structured approach to managing priorities across multiple projects over different time horizons
- A-Level in Mathematics
- You must be working towards a degree level or equivalent qualification (2:1 or above)
