Information session
Wednesday 25 January, 2-3pm in KLT1
This is an opportunity to find out about the Year-In programmes offered by Kent, which include:
- Computing
- Data Analytics
- Journalism
- Languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
- Management
- Television Production and Online Broadcasting
These programmes can be taken between Stage 2 and Stage 3 or after Stage 3 of an undergraduate programme, and will appear on your degree transcript and in the title of the degree awarded, letting employers know about the additional skills and knowledge you have gained.

This event is your opportunity to hear directly from academic staff involved in delivering the programmes, giving you an opportunity to ask questions too. You will get a brief overview of each option to help you decide which programme might be the best option for you. There will also be staff from the Kent Union Advice Centre giving information on student finance, and staff advising on impacts to visas.
This event will be followed by a series of more in-depth sessions giving greater detail about what is involved in specific Year-In programmes. You should attend this event and then attend others as appropriate.
