Bright Sparks XCM is perfect for anyone wanting to learn more about the world of branding at any level of the creative process, from production to strategy to copy and art. You will have the opportunity to learn about what goes into converting your idea into a brand/business.

Who will my mentor be?
All mentors on this programme will be leading marketers working at Amazon across various departments.
There will be chances to meet and be mentored by Creative Directors, Media Managers, Producers and many more.
You will be matched with someone who compliments your skills and ambitions. They may not always have the same job you wish to apply to, but they will have the knowledge and expertise to help support you over the 16-week programme.
