What is the role?

  • The Graduate Management Programme has a Commercial focus, running over 18 to 24 months it provides you with the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of Kite’s business areas, before progressing towards a management position.
  • The Programme consists of multiple module placements across different business areas.
  • In these placements you will gain an in-depth knowledge of Kite’s business, how different operations function, learn different management styles and develop an internal network of contacts, developing you into a future leader of the business.

The areas of business include but are not limited to: 

  • Commercial
  • Procurement
  • Supply Chain
  • E-commerce
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • R&D

The programme will involve working at different Kite locations around the UK for each module.  You will be expected to relocate in conjunction with this, so you MUST be geographically mobile.

What you’ll need in order to apply:  

  • Be a recent graduate (2021/2022) with strong academics (2.1 or above).
  • A minimum grade A at A-Level Maths.
  • Have a full UK driver’s license.
  • Possess outstanding numerical skills. You may find this role particularly interesting if you are from the following degree backgrounds: Mathematics, Science-based Degrees, Business, Packaging Design, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Procurement, IT or Finance.
