Role Overviews:

Corporate Functions Graduate: The role is part of our early careers training programme. You will rotate across teams such as marketing, finance, HR, information governance to develop a range of skills, experience and to establish a future career path with Graphnet.

If you have a particular area of interest (e.g. HR or finance), we will work hard to place you in that team. You will still rotate through multiple teams, it’s no bad thing to see how other teams in the business function!

Product Graduate: The role is part of our graduate training programme. You will rotate between teams such as Content Build, Business Analysis, Customer Transformation, and Customer Support to develop a range of skills, and an understanding of the broader business so that you are well placed for a future career with Graphnet on completion of the scheme.

The role will require the individual to be flexible and may involve travel to customer sites within the UK.

What you’ll do: 

Corporate Functions Graduate:

Across the rotations you’ll take on a variety of tasks depending on which team you’re in. Some examples of what you might do is:

  • Commercial: End-to-end development of new opportunities from market analysis to identify new opportunities, to the development of relationships

  • Marketing: Everything across the traditional and digital marketing mix, from organising major events to webinars, creating content for the website and social media channels to working on specific projects and campaigns

  • HR: Work on a variety of projects to support the well-being and development of our people and drive business growth with a people first approach

  • Finance: Working across the different business functions to track and analyse business performance

Product Graduate:

 Across the rotations you’ll take on a variety of tasks. Some examples of what you’ll do are:

  • Gather and refine customer requirements and feed them into our development and/or build backlogs

  • Work with Graphnet deployment teams and client project teams to facilitate a smooth implementation of new product solutions

  • Configure products to defined requirements including customer and patient facing solutions

  • Assist with product solution testing to ensure fit for purpose and go live

  • Work with customers to identify and realise benefits associated with the transformation of care models supported by our solutions

What you need:

Corporate Functions Graduate:

  • Working towards or have gained a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Some knowledge of health or social care domain

  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills

  • Creative flair, with a great attention to detail

  • Ability to organise and plan for yourself and others

  • Thrives on a fast-paced environment and working on multiple, concurrent projects

Product Graduate:

  • Interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to organise and plan for yourself and others

  • Self-starter with great determination and motivation to succeed

It would also be beneficial if you have any of the below:

  • Experience working in or with the NHS

  • Relevant degree or qualifications
