You will shortly be receiving your ballot papers for the National Executive Committee of the UCU, if you haven’t received them already.
Choosing our representatives at national level is important for all of us in order to have the type of union we want. Like any election, if we choose not to vote it’s harder to have a say about how things are run.
We will be sharing as many of the candidates’ election materials as we receive here on our blog, but you can also find out more on the UCU website here UCU UK Elections 2025-26.
The election materials shared are in no particular order and as a branch we do not have any prefered candidates. The links here are only for a small selection of those standing for; there are plenty more nominations to read through on the UCU website (link above) before you vote.
