Style Guide, Third Edition

Skepsi is delighted to announce that – thanks to the hard work of Harriet Clements and Maureen Speller – the third edition of the Style Guide is ready and available for download at THIS ADDRESS.

All peer reviewers, proof readers and authors are encouraged to download and consult this new edition before submitting their work to the editorial board.

IMPORTANT: CHANGE OF VENUE

Please note that the Skepsi launch will take place in SECL MMLAB2 (Multimedia Lab 2), and NOT in SECL Staff Room, as was previously communicated.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Volume II, Issue 2 Official Launch

Dear all,

I am proud to announce that this coming Wednesday (3 February) at 12.30, in SECL Staff Common Room, the editorial board of Skepsi will present Volume II, Issue 2. Ambiguities. Destabilising Preconceptions.  Come numerous, as we will also serve nibbles and drinks (and I heard also a delicious chocolate cake). If you are passing by, stop over! See you very soon!

Pleasure in/of The Text

Just a quick update.

Submission of the proposals for the forthcoming conference is now closed.

The Skepsi editorial board would like to thank all those who have submitted their abstracts. We can proudly announce that the interest in Skepsi’s third annual conference has been unprecedented! Thank you all very much.

The results of the anonymous selection – which will be very competitive this year due to the large volume of proposal received – will be announced in due time. However, please allow us at least two weeks for carefully assessing all your proposals.

Once again, on behalf of the Skepsi editorial board a huge thanks for your lively interest in our journal.
