The Horizon 2020 National Contact Point for ICT, Peter Walters, will visit the University on Monday the 3rd of March. After the presentations and panel discussion there will be an opportunity for a 10 minute 1:1 meeting with Peter Walters for those wishing to discuss specific matters about the programme. As Horizon 2020 is intended to more closely integrate research and innovation, it is being supported equally by Research Services (RS) and Kent Innovation and Enterprise (KIE). KIE has invited representatives of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to attend this event, so this may be an opportunity to meet potential commercial partners, as well as getting an overview of H2020.
