If you complete the survey by 28 February 2022, we will give you a free hot drink from one of these Canterbury campus outlets or the Deep End at Medway to say thank you.

How to claim your free hot drink and T&Cs.

Eligible Kent students can complete the 2022 NSS until 30 April.  

The survey is anonymous and will help us understand what you think about studying here so we can improve our student experience at Kent.  

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. We recommend doing the survey as early as possible because Ipsos MORI, the independent research company who manage the survey, will continue to remind you until you complete it.

Am I eligible?

In most cases, final year undergraduates are eligible to take the National Student Survey.

If you are eligible, you would have received an email from Ipsos MORI during the week commencing 7 February 2022.

Why should I complete the NSS?

The NSS is a way to give your feedback about your experience of Kent.

The NSS is designed to gather students’ views on key areas that matter to them.

The results are made public through the Discover Uni website which allows prospective students to compare data about UK higher education courses.

If you complete the National Student Survey by 28 February 2022 we will give you a free hot drink at one of these Canterbury campus outlets or the Deep End at Medway.

Here’s how you can claim your free hot drink at Canterbury:

1. Complete the NSS by midnight on 28 February 2022.
2. Email your survey completion confirmation email to nss@kent.ac.uk. Please note the survey is completely confidential and you do not need to let us know if you have completed the survey. Please don’t share with anyone how you responded to the survey.
3. We will then email you your voucher web link.
4. You will need to download the Order Up app to use your hot drink voucher at one of these on campus catering outlets by 28 February 2022.

Here’s how you can claim your free hot drink at Medway:

1. Complete the NSS by midnight on 28 February 2022.
2. Take your NSS completion confirmation email to the Deep End in Medway by midnight on 28 February 2022 to claim your free hot drink. Please note the survey is completely confidential and you do not need to let us know if you have completed the survey. Please don’t share with anyone how you responded to the survey.

Terms and conditions:

• Vouchers can only be redeemed at these Canterbury campus outlets and the Deep End at Medway during opening hours.
• Vouchers must be used before midnight on 28 February 2022.
• Only students eligible for the 2022 National Student Survey will be able to claim the free hot drink voucher. However, you do not need to tell us you have completed the survey. The survey is completely confidential and it is your decision to tell us if you have completed the survey to claim your voucher. Please don’t tell us how you have responded to the survey.
• You will need to download and agree to the Order Up app’s T&Cs to use your free hot drink voucher.
• The voucher can be used for any standard sized hot drink from one of these listed outlets at Canterbury or the Deep End at Medway.
• Students are only eligible for one free hot drink during the period the incentive runs (7-28 February 2022).
