Improving Accessibility in Training

Online Learning Improvements

Learning and Organisational Development have been working with their online learning supplier Marshalls, to improve the content and digital accessibility of its Online content.

Marshalls supply a number of programmes to the University to support training in different areas of Equality and Diversity and Compliance.

Programmes include:

  • Diversity in HE,
  • Unconscious Bias,
  • Equality Analysis,
  • Mental Health awareness
  • GDPR.

L&OD are glad to report the first 2 programmes have been updated and are now ready to be updated into the Learn Upon Learning platform and ready for use by university employees.

  • Unconscious Bias
  • Equality Analysis

On Monday 17th February the new learning materials will be uploaded and ready for use

This will mean any staff that are part way through the programme at the time of implementation will  need to restart the programme with the new content.

L&OD continue to work with Marshalls to improve the accessibility of the remaining online modules and will provide progress updates as new information is available
