Ruben has been supported by Kent Sport with indoor court time, enabling him to train through the winter and continue his development. He travels to play international tennis tournaments, recently competing in the ITF, taking his first ITF win to come 3rd in the under-18 singles and 1st for doubles with his partner Maxi.
Ruben’s mum commented “he is so pleased with how he’s done. I’m a very proud parent not just seeing him win but seeing how well he conducts himself both in victory and defeat.”
