Ab Attack
Attack the abdomen with a powerful HIIT style class. Designated exercises for the abdominals will work those middles into perfect shape. Fun, effective and not to be missed. Try get those Abs worked in all the right ways!

Body BLAST!
A mixture of medium intensity and low impact workout with concentration on the stomach and lower body extremities. It’s a fun, effective class and the best way to see conditioning results fast!

BodyPump
The world famous Body conditioning class using barbells and bodyweight to improve muscular strength. Great choreography and motivating music! Leave the class feeling challenged and inspired which encourages adherence.

Box Fit
This class is not only physical but technical. Learn how to throw a punch and how to use the pads in this fun filled action packed circuit class.

Circuits
Station based workouts that deliver whole body approach exercises. Cardio, strength, power and speed will improve your function and fitness. Different stations will challenge your ability and improve your fitness through a wide range of movements. Equipment may be used to apply that extra bit of resistance!

Freestyle Cycle
Spin through a wide range of cardio elements of strength, endurance and intervals. An indoor cycling class that will power up your workout. A great way to burn calories, tone and develop optimal fitness whilst spinning to a range of music genres. Equipment: stationary bike

Hatha Yoga
The slow pace makes the class suitable for all abilities; beginners can benefit as much as advanced students. Breathing exercises and slow stretches improve your flexibility and encourage relaxation.

Japanese Swordmanship
Battodo, or the way of the Sword, is a traditional martial art which teaches the techniques of the katana, the Japanese longsword. This study has for centuries been used to develop physical and mental balance. The art of cutting with the Japanese sword is a direct metaphor for cutting through our own weaknesses and insecurities. This concept of “Katsujinken” is core – the sword gives life rather than takes it.

Join us for a weekly timed 5km fun run. Free to everyone! Sign up, print off a barcode and we will see you every Saturday at 9am at the Pavilion. Rain, snow or sun, can you set a new PB?

Power Pilates
Slow gentle exercise with emphasis on breathing and body awareness to strengthen the physique. Power Pilates streamlines your body without stressing your joints. Weights and other equipment are used to adapt and challenge the exercises. Equipment: mats, weights, resistance bands

Pure Sculpt
An easy to follow class to release the body and mind. Feel calm, relaxed and peaceful. Using yoga stretches, pilates strength, intense core workouts followed by mediation to end. Feel energized yet peaceful during this session and leave the class feeling calm and happy.

Spinning/Freestyle Cycle
Burn calories, build CV fitness and strength on a stationary spinning bike. Instructors guide your resistance and develop your power through transitioning and different riding positions. A periodisation timetable denotes all class themes offering variety to challenge performance.

A rejuvenating class that nourishes the mind and body with stretching and toning exercises suited to all individuals. Wake the body up midday and increase energy levels with this full body stretching workout.

Strong by Zumba
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Totally Shredded is one of the first HIIT and combat workouts inspired by drum and bass and funky house music. This class is based around fun and creating a workout that shreds inches from your body.

Yoga incorporates fluid ascetic postures, stretches and exercises. Complete integration of the mind and body balances fitness and promotes health. Awareness and connection is focused upon to improve wellbeing. Express Yoga offers a condensed 30 minute option.

Zumba
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves. The dance routines feature interval training sessions, combining fast and slow rhythms that build fat and tone your body. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®.
