The contestants have been chosen. Eight ladies. Four staff, four students. All aiming for a lifestyle overhaul and to be crowned Xercise Factor Champion 2016. The battle win begin shortly…
Following thorough fitness assessments, the contestants face the Boot Camp in the first stage of the competition. Here they will receive two-weeks of personal training from their mentors, who will attempt to instil the basics of a good training regime that the contestants will use to make progress each week. Any of the competitors that are not deemed to be making enough progress will be eliminated from the competition at the end of the boot camp. We said it was tough!
If they’re lucky enough to get through Boot Camp, the next four weeks will push them to their limits. The Kent Sport fitness team are ready to guide them, encourage them, test them and ultimately help them transform their way of life. The 2015 Xercise Factor Champion Wuru Oyenekan said, “I never thought doing this competition would lead me on such a path of self-discovery. This has been such a wakeup call for me and one of the best experiences of my life. I’m grateful to Kent Sport for this incredible opportunity!”
Each contestant will be publishing a blog item each week to show their progress.
