KBS IAB Meeting Focused on Future Identity of the School

The Kent Business School International Advisory Board Meeting took place on Wednesday 18 May 2022 at the Sibson Building.

Chaired by former Kent Business School student Ben Jackson of Deloitte, presentations on the day centred around the future identity of the school.

Contributions included a presentation from Simone Davies Director of Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment & Admissions on The Kent Identity, and a discussion chaired by Dr Sideeq Mohammed on Creating Authentic Differentiation in a Crowded Market. Presentations on the Vision 2025 Strategy & Implementation Plan and on opportunities for growth were also given as well as a reflection on the success of ASPIRE and the direction the entrepreneurial hub might take in the future.

Dean of Kent Business School, Professor Marian Garcia said: “With this group of experts to challenge and support us, we can be confident that our programmes remain internationally relevant and that we can continue to grow our international reputation for excellence in sustainable innovation delivering research, that makes a difference to our wider communities, economy, culture and the world at large.”

The next meeting will take place on 1 to 2 November 2022.

Our Advisory Board helps the School to achieve its vision Board members offer advice and advocate for the School, helping us to improve the experience of students and wider stakeholders.
