Interactive Workshop: What Kind of Entrepreneur are You?

Entrepreneur

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, The Kent Foundation is collaborating with ASPIRE to run an interactive masterclass exploring the different skills entrepreneurs use to be successful.

Stuart Tanton from The Kent Foundation said: ‘We have been supporting start-up businesses and entrepreneurs for over 30 years and one of the key things we know is that the skills exist, to a degree, in everyone, and can be developed if you have the attitude to do so.

‘Come along and take some time to start developing these skills for yourself, as well as finding out what type of entrepreneur you might be. It could be the beginning of an exciting journey.’

The workshop will cover:

  • Getting the right people on side – forming effective relationships through networking
  • Problem-solving – creative thinking and developing your ideas
  • Getting organised – an introduction to management and leadership

The Kent Foundation is a charity delivering free business advice, support and mentoring to under 30’s in Kent to aid business creation, startup and growth. The Kent Foundation is working to deliver this workshop in partnership with ASPIRE, Kent Business School’s Accelerator Space for Innovation and Responsible Enterprise.
