ACCA Accreditation for KBS MSc International Accounting and Finance Programme

ACCA

Kent Business School are pleased to announce that the MSc International Accounting and Finance programme has been given exemption accreditation by ACCA – the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. On completion of the MSc programme, students will now be exempt from taking Papers F1-F4.

Dr Li-cheng Chang is Programme Director for MSc International Accounting and Finance programme: “Accreditation by the ACCA puts a stamp of approval on our programme. It also benefits students by showing that they have studied at a level that meets standards which were developed by experts in the field. Students choosing our programme would gain a competitive edge in the jobs market.”

Exemption accreditation of a programme ensures that students registering with ACCA will receive a level of exemption which matches the knowledge and skills gained from their previous qualification.

Our MSc International Accounting and Finance students will benefit from exemption accreditation by the largest international accounting body. It is sure to attract other students wishing to pursue a professional accountancy qualification on completion of their academic studies by providing them with an accelerated route to ACCA membership.

Congratulations to Dr Chang and all involved in this achievement.
