As part of the Placement Programme, you will be given a detailed work-plan along with structured quarterly reviews with your manager on your progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Global PGBU Training & Development Manager, the role provides support to the PGBU Global Training Team. This includes the co-ordination of training schedules/materials and logistical arrangements. You will be required to work closely with the Learning and Development Leaders to help address internal stakeholders’ various business needs.
In addition the role holder will be responsible for the administration, analysis, and progress reporting of training records connected to common PGBU training programmes.

Duties will include assisting with:
• Manage and co-ordinate the schedules for all Core Curriculum training for each region within PGBU, as well as the common PGBU Training programmes,
• Makes the logistical arrangements at each site for the roll out of these training programmes – (Booking rooms, invitations issued, ensuring training materials are available, and trainers are in place and refreshments arranged). Note; in some locations this will be done directly, in other locations the job holder will work with an appointed on site person,
• Partners with Learning and Development Leaders and HR to track and evaluate/ maintain records of the core curriculum programmes and common PGBU training programmes,
• Administer the PDI Profilor 360 degree feedback process and keep records of PDI facilitators, and profiler sessions,
• Communication link with Training suppliers, maintenance of recommended supplier list,
• Responsible for training registration and communications with participants of the core curriculum training and common PGBU training programmes,
• Completes LMS (once implemented by CMI) for all PGBU employee’s,
• Arranges PGBU Team calls and face to face meetings,
• Co-ordinate monthly reports to CMI,
• Arranges all travel for the PGBU Training Team,
• Tracks financial budgets/spend across PGBU Training Team,
• To provide Personal administration support for PGBU Training and Development Manager, travel, diary etc.

TRAINING PROVIDED:
A comprehensive induction programme.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Studying for a Human Resources Development, PGCE, or Business related degree,
• Excellent organisational and time management skills,
• Desire to learn and take on responsibility,
• Strong ‘proactive’ approach and able to use own initiative to complete projects,
• Attention to detail,
• P.C. and Microsoft office skills essential, especially Excel,
• Some experience of working within the HR function will be advantageous but not mandatory,
• Experience of working with people in different cultures,
• Experience of working in small team environment, without constant supervision.

Salary: 16,500 p.a.
