Exciting Opportunities at Kent Business School

The Kent Business School now wishes to make a new academic appointment to strengthen its research and teaching. The current need is for the following appointment:

Ref: SS0667 Professor of/Reader in Management (any related discipline)

The Role

The post holder will assume the role of Deputy Director of Kent Business School at Medway and be expected to provide leadership in and make an outstanding contribution to our research at Medway. This will include the establishment of collaborative (multi-disciplinary) research projects, with colleagues within Kent Business School and other schools located at Medway (e.g. computing, arts, sport science, pharmacy and social policy).

It will also involve providing support for the Head of School in shaping the development of Kent Business School at Medway and working with colleagues, within Kent Business School and across the Medway campus, in delivering the Medway strategy.

We are looking to appoint a senior researcher who can demonstrate a clear record of publications in top quality journals, successful research grant applications and effective engagement with external stakeholders. In return we would offer the post holder an attractive incentive package.
