Kent Business School is pleased to host ‘Democratising Diversity Management in Europe – Future research directions and challenges’ on Monday 12 November 2012.
This workshop is organised by Dr Jawad Syed and jointly sponsored by the European Academy of Management (EURAM) Gender, Race and Diversity in Organizations (Special Interest Group) and Kent Business School. It seeks to develop future research and practices of diversity management in the light of multi-level, intersectional and other non-mainstream approaches.
