Come along and give or receive your old books for exciting new reads! You’ll find us in the Welcome Hall Ground Floor, rom 12:00-14:00 Monday 7th March and Wednesday 4th June.
It’s an easy and fun way to refresh your bookshelves, an opportunity to pick up a new title to read or to pass on some of your passions to someone else. We’re more than happy to accept all books but we especially welcome contemporary fiction and classics, as well as wellbeing titles to help you keep calm and relaxed.
Why not come along to these events to bolster your relaxation time or pick up a new read for the summer.
The events are a great way to reduce waste by recycling your unused books, as well as the feel good vibes of giving and receiving a new book!
If you can’t attend but have any titles that you’d like to pass on then please leave them in the Book deposit bins located in the Templeman Library Welcome Hall.

We will also be promoting our extensive range of ebooks and audiobooks for you to enjoy via our Libby platform, keep an eye on this as we add to it regularly based on user requests and recent book trends and new titles across a range of genres.
