As part of their generous commitment to supporting Medieval and Early Modern Studies, the Trustees of the Canterbury Association for Medieval and Early Modern Studies have decided to expand our support for postgraduate researchers. In the coming academic year, CAMEMS will fund two MA bursaries, increasing the number of awards from one previously.
CAMEMS is also introducing a new Small Grants Scheme for doctoral students, providing grants of up to £800 to help PhD researchers attend conferences and specialist training events. These opportunities can be crucial in helping early-career scholars present their research, acquire specialist skills, and build academic networks. Supporting emerging researchers is one of the most important contributions CAMEMS makes to the future of the discipline, and we are very grateful for their continued support.
Please consider joining CAMEMS to continue to support scholarship in this area.
